ELECTRICAL PROTECTION SYSTEMS

• To give participants an understanding of "Electrical Protection Systems" in general use.
• Participants will gain the necessary knowledge to understand the operation and function of these electrical protection systems.
• To give a basic understanding of how to perform some of the basic calculations which are used to determine some protection system settings.
• Gaining the underpinning knowledge needed to recognise transformer ratios and their application in electrical protection.
